I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t know much about the process and she took me through the entire process at ease and helped me to find a lender and loan type to best suit my needs. She has a very flexible schedule and great recommendations on people who provide other home services after you’ve bought your home. I would definitely recommend her!

I consciously use the term "homes" versus houses because she exudes an authentic empathy for her client that is immediately felt--she puts herself in her clients shoes and spares no effort in finding just the right place. During the period we were looking for a home, Sonia received word of a family emergency in Houston, TX which required her presence there. While there, hurricane Harvey hit, requiring her and her family to evacuate. Despite all of this turmoil and tragedy in her own life, she remained steadfast and dedicated to supporting us--we found and contracted on our new home. That is the type of commitment that deserves special recognition. On more than one occasion my loan officer mentioned to me that it was a pleasure to work with Sonia because she really "had her stuff together".

Sonia Salazar was my realtor and let me tell you... She is awesome. She fought for me and took great care of me and my kids and made sure we got what we wanted in our little home. UPDATE Feb 2019: After relocating to California, there were personal items I had left in the Georgia home that was just sold! Sonia came through for me... she quickly got with the new owners, retrieved my items and MAILED them to me! Thank you so much Ms. Sonia! Above and Beyond service. Genuine service. Sonia is that type of person you swear you've known all your life. Military orientated and will work with you non-stop no matter the distance! My situation: I was moving back to Stockton California and needed to sell my GA house. Sonia came into the picture. Sonia is by far the best real estate agent there is! We used her through several transactions from renting our home, buying a home, and selling our home. She was on point 150% and very pleasant.
